Cancellation policy: To avoid a late cancellation charge, please provide 24 hours notice should you need to reschedule your appointment. You will be charged the full fee of the appointment for a late cancellation or missed appointment. Please note that insurance plans do not pay for missed appointments and is the client's responsibility.
Accepted Insurance Plans
I do not participate with insurance companies, however, if you have an out of network benefit, I can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance plan after payment.
